摘要
用急冷方法制备的Nd_4Fe_(77.5)(B_(1-x)C_x)_(18.5)合金带、当x<0.6时为非晶态,x>0.8时是晶态,表明用碳替代硼会使合金的非晶形成能力变差,分析了热处理样品中的晶化相组成。
The ribbons of Nd_4Fe_(77.5)(B_(1-x)C_x)_(18.5) alloys, prepared by melt-spinning method, are still amorphous for x≤0.6 and become crystalline for x≥0.8 after rapid quenching. The effect of C substitution for B on Curie temperature as well as on magnetization and crystallization temperatures of these alloys has been studied. The crystalline phases have also been analyzed in the samples after heat treatment.
