In reality, non-cooperative gaming exists between the beneficiaries, and can be changed to cooperative gaming through certain contracts and cooperation. In perfecting the operative structure with the idea of cooperative gaming, acknowledgement of gaming brings out the active role of the beneficiaries, and emphasis of cooperation creates joint force. Cooperative gaming can be realized by stimulation and restraint.
