摘要
中国共产党新的党章提出"两个先锋队"思想不是要把党改造成为"全民党",而是要把党建设成为符合"三个代表"要求的、领导有中国特色社会主义事业建设的坚强的马克思主义政党。
The new charter of the Communist Party of China states that the though t of 'Two Pioneering Teams' is not to transform the CPC into the a 'National Party', but to build it into a strong Marxist political party which meets the r equirement of the 'Three Represents' in its leadership of the socialist constr uction cause with Chinese characteristics.
