摘要
保险消费具有不同于一般商品消费的特点,如保险商品是无形产品、保险交易采取非即时结算方式、保险关系通过保险合同维系、遵守最大诚信原则等。保险消费者应针对保险消费特点实施自我保护行为。
Insurance consumption has its own distinctive peculiarities, which dis tinguish itself from ordinary commodity consumption. As a formless product, the transaction is conducted without a prompt settlement of accounts while the prote ction of the business relationship is attained only through a contract with the principle of sincerity and trust. In accordance, the consumers should adopt some practical strategies in order to protect their own rights and interests.
