摘要
获得用粉末渗镀法对黄铜渗Ti的工艺条件,影响渗Ti效果的最显著因素是温度,其次是活化剂含量,在最佳工艺条作下,渗Ti层厚度为20.5μm,渗Ti后耐蚀性提高6.4倍,硬度下降11%,用X射线衍射分析等方法证实,渗Ti层由表面至基体的相结构是: TiZn_(2)O_4→Ti(Cu,Al)_2→α-CuZn(Ti)
Study was made of the optimum parameters of powder plating method for titanizing of brass, i.e., using a powder mixture containing 45% Ti, 6% NH4Br and the rest Al_2O_3 at 700℃ for 3 h. The corrosion resistance of the most suitable thickness, 20.5 μm, of the titanizing layer seems to be superior to that of bare brass up to 6.4 times, and the hardness reduces about 11%. The microstructures of the titainizing layer, in sequence from surface, are determined by X-ray diffraction analysis as TiZn_2O_4, Ti(Cu, Al)_2, α-CuZn(Ti) and α-CuZn.
