摘要
尽管香港在经济转型中遇到一定的困难 ,但香港特区政府所制定的科技政策和发展目标具有它的客观依据和必要性。经过这几年的实践 。
Despite the fact that Hong Kong has been facing some difficulties in her economic transformation, the formulation of the HKSAR government's policies on science and technology and her goals of sci-tech development were objectively and necessarily adopted. The development in the recent years has reflected the effectiveness of these policies. We believe that the HKSAR government will certainly attain her goals of development.
