本文对CEPA在解决香港经济困境中的作用,提出了不同的看法。CEPA设计的根本意图在于重新确立香港在中国经济发展中的地位与角色,其对香港与内地的效益既有即期的,也有预期的;既有直接的,也有间接的;既有短期的,也有长期的。对于香港目前的经济衰退CEPA并不是一剂马上见效的应急药方。

CEPA is beneficial in rescuing HK economic difficulties and the present textargues different views. CEPA redefines the role and position of Hong Kong in Chineseeconomic development. Its benefits to HK and China's Mainland is both direct andindirect, for short-term and long-term. So for the current economic recession in HK,CEPA is not some recipe that cures immediately.
