摘要
研究了煤中的氧对等离子体裂解煤制乙炔过程中乙炔收率的影响 .结果发现 ,乙炔的收率与煤中的氧含量成反比 .进一步实验验证煤中有机氧、无机氧、外来氧等不同结构形态的氧对乙炔的收率有不同影响 .由 CO收率与 C2 H2 相互制约的关系得到 CO与 C2 H2 是一对相互竞争的反应 ,其中有机氧的影响最为明显 ,无机氧次之 。
In this paper,three types of oxygen,such as inorganic oxygen,organic oxygen and ambient oxygen,in the coal are analyzed.Different kind of oxygen influence to the acetylene yield of coal pyrolysis by plasma are discussed and their influence are confirmed by experiments.From the relation between C 2H 2 and CO,the conclusion that acetylene and carbon monoxide are a couple of competing reaction,acetylene yield decrease with the oxygen content increase,and carbon monoxide yield raise with the oxygen content increase has been got.Among these oxygen,organic oxygen was found has more obvious influence than others.
