摘要
在一维无限大煤堆非稳态自热模型中引入水气平衡模型 ,根据煤氧化动力学实验数据 ,以 2 m厚度一维无限大煤堆为例 ,利用计算机编程分别差分计算了氧对流、氧扩散、氧对流扩散和阻化煤堆表面氧化反应控制 4种不同的模型 .对比分析不同模型的计算结果 ,研究了阻化烟煤堆和非阻化烟煤堆内的非稳态温度分布 .结果表明 ,阻化处理、氧的对流和煤堆内部水分对煤堆非稳态温度分布的影响较大 。
Based on experimental results of oxidization parameters of inhibited bituminous coal,this paper introduces a water vapour balance model into an infinite one dimensional transient model of self heating process,taking 2 m thick coal pile as an example,to calculate the correspondent transient temperature distribution using four models such as oxygen convection,oxygen diffusion,oxygen convection and diffusion for un inhibited coal,and surface oxidizing reaction control for inhibited coal,by means of differential difference equations and computation program.The calculated results of the four models are analysed to study the transient temperature distribution in an inhibited or un inhibited coal stockpile.The results show that inhibiting treatment,oxygen convection,water amount of the pile have a greater effect on the transient temperature distribution in the pile,and oxygen diffusion has a less effect.
