摘要
在AC发泡剂中添加纳米氧化锌,研究了纳米氧化锌对AC发泡剂分解的促进作用。结果表明,在AC发泡剂中添加纳米氧化锌的样品,其初始分解温度明显低于未添加纳米氧化锌的AC发泡剂。添加纳米氧化锌的AC发泡剂的分解速度明显高于未添加纳米氧化锌和添加微米氧化锌的样品。还研究了AC/ZnO体系在PP中的发泡倍率,添加纳米氧化锌的样品,发泡倍率明显高于未添加纳米氧化锌和添加微米氧化锌的样品。
The stimulative effects of nanoZnO on decomposition of AC foaming agent were studied by adding nanoZnO particles to azodicarbamide(AC) foaming agent of plastics.The results showed that the initial decomposition temperature of the AC foaming agent sample by adding nanoZnO particles was remarkably lower than that without nanoZnO particles.In addition,the decomposition rate of the AC foaming agent sample by adding nanoZnO particles was obviously higher than that without nanoZnO particles and by adding micron particles of ZnO.The foaming multiple of ZnO/AC systems in PP was also studied.The results showed that the foaming multiple of the sample by adding nanoZnO particles was substantially higher than that without nanoZnO particles and by adding micron particles of ZnO.
