从传统的垄断理论及寻租概念入手 ,提出了我国医疗服务市场在“单轨制”和“双转制”下的寻租行为 ,着重分析了“双轨制”下租金的产生及危害 ,并提出了对策与建议。

The rent-seeking behavior of Chinese medical service market under the single-track or double-track system was introduced on base of traditional monopoly theory and rent-seeking concept. The generation and negative effects of the rent under the double-track system were analyzed in detail. The countermeasures and suggestions concerning containing rent-seeking behavior under the double-track system were given.
