角巩膜穿通伤性白内障的治疗

Treatment of Cataract for Corneoscleral Penetrating Injury

目的:探讨角巩膜裂伤所致白内障的治疗时机和方法。方法:2002年05月～2003年02月急诊外伤患者,共23例。分别经历角巩膜穿通伤缝合、外伤障摘出及人晶体植入。结果:术后视力达0.15～1.0,没有感染发生。结论:本组结果表明角巩膜穿通伤后进行一期联合手术,有助于抗炎,减少术后炎症反应及视力的恢复。

Objective: To investigate the time and plan for cataract by penetrating injury to corneal and/or sclera. Methods: 23 eyes of traumatic patient from May 2002 to February of 2003 were involved in the study. The treatment included suture of corneoscleral penetrating injury, extracapsular cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation. Results: Postoperative vision in all eye treated was 0.15-1.0 and no infection was found with follow-up. Conclusion: The results indicated that the combining operation for coneoscleral penetrating injury could help to control inflammation, reduce postoperative reaction and improve vision in traumatic eye.
