通过对几个住宅小区楼面地板砖膨起的现场检查 ,认为膨起一般由原材料质量、地基不均匀沉降、施工工艺、温度变形、预应力空心板徐变等因素引起 ,而原材料质量达不到规范要求和预应力空心板徐变是导致地板砖膨起的主要原因。

It is considered through site inspections that the expansion of floor bricks is caused by such factors as the quality of raw materials, differential settlement of foundation, construction technology, temperature deformation and the creep of prestressed hollow slabs et al. The prevention and control ways are put forward pointing at the above conditions in this paper.
