论高校教师创新教育素养的培养

Cultivating Innovating Ability of Teachers in Colleges and Universities

要培养学生的创造力 ,需要教师具有与之相适应的教育创新素质。然而 ,相当一部分高校教师在观念、知识、能力等方面与创新教育的要求存在着距离 ,这在一定程度上制约了学生创造力的发展。因此 ,高校教师应更新教育观念,构建适应创新教育要求的知识结构,开发自身的创新潜能。

To cultivate the students'creative ability,teachers are supposed to possess the innovative education quality.However,quite a fewteachers in colleges and universities fail to meet the requireˉments of creative education in such aspects as values,knowledge and capacity,which,to a degree,reˉstricts the development of students'innovating ability.Therefore,teachers should update their knowlˉedge,reconstruct their knowledge and foster their creative power.
