摘要
本文在对高校勘察设计单位人力资源管理所面临挑战分析的基础上 ,提出了高校勘察设计单位人力管理重新定位的多重角色模型 ,进而对高校勘察设计单位在战略伙伴、行政专家。
Based on analysis of challenges the high school reconnaissance and design units are faced with,this paper has brought forword HRMmultiform roles model fitting high school reconnaissance and design unit,then,expounds the roles of strategic partner,administration expert,employee leader and change catalyser.
