由于各国的历史文化传统、动力机制和价值选择不同 ,不同国家的现代化呈现出各自的特色 ,形成了各自不同的发展范型。当代中国教育法制现代化是在传统教育向现代化教育的历史跃进中逐步发展和完善起来的 ,形成了我国社会主义教育法制的鲜明特色 。

Different countries present unique features and modes when conducting their modernizaˉtions owing to their various traditions,driving forces and approaches to complicated contradictions.And modernization of China's educational legal system plays a historic role in the process from tradiˉcional education to modern education.Based on rational thinking and evaluation of the modernization ofChina's educational legal system,this article is expected to benefitthe constructionofChina's educaˉtional legal system.
