河北省县级医疗保健机构产科质量评估分析

Evaluation and analysis on the quality of the obstetrics department in the Hebei provincial county level medical healthcare organization

为加强县级医疗保健机构产科建设 ,提高产科质量 ,依据《河北省县 (区 )级医疗保健机构产科质量评估标准 (试行 )》,采取随机抽样方法 ,对县级医疗保健机构进行了评估。结果显示 ,被评估的医疗保健机构建立了孕产妇急救中心 ,加大了对产科建设的投入 ,建章立制 ,将爱婴医院的建设与提高产科质量相结合 ,县级医疗机构的管理水平及医护质量得到很大提高 ,对降低孕产妇、新生儿死亡率起到了积极的作用。对存在的质量及管理等问题提出对策和建议。

Objective: To strengthen the obstetrics department construction in the medical healthcare organization and promote its quality. Method: Evaluate the county level medical healthcare organization with the random sampling method according to' Pilot Quality Evaluation Standard of the Obstetrics Department in Hebei Provincial County (District) Level Medical Healthcare Organization'. Results: The evaluated medical healthcare organization set up the pregnant and lying in women's first aid center as well as enlarged the investment in the obstetrics department construction. The management level and professional service quality of the county level medical healthcare organization has been greatly promoted by establishing the regulations and rules, combing the construction of Friendly Hospital with promotion of the obstetrics department quality. Conclusion: It played a positive role in reducing the mortality of the pregnant and lying in women and newborn. Further put forward the countermeasures and recommendations on the existing problems in the quality management.
