某铁合金厂男工肿瘤死因的回顾性调查(1974～1998)

RETROSPECTIVE SURVEY ON DEATH CAUSES OF TUMOR IN MALE WORKERS OF A FERROALLOY FACTORY (1974-1998)

目的 探讨铁合金生产过程对工人健康的影响。方法 对636名接触工人作了回顾性调查。结果 接触组肿瘤死亡者平均死亡年龄及平均工龄均显著低于内对照组。结论 铁合金生产过程对工人的健康有一定影响。

Objective To explore the effects of produced process of ferroalloy on health of male workers. Methods Retrospective survey was conducted in 636 workers. Results Mean death age and mean seniority of dead workers caused by tumors in exposed group was significantly lower than the internal control group. Conclusion The adverse effects of produced process of ferroalloy on health of exposed workers were revealed.
