摘要 目的 :研究头颈部鳞状细胞癌组织 (HNSCC)中脆性组氨酸三联体 (FHIT)基因的表达及其与淋巴结转移的关系。方法 :应用免疫组化SP法 ,检测 80例HNSCC及 4 1例正常鳞状上皮标本中FHIT的表达。结果 :HN SCC及正常鳞状上皮组织中FHIT的阳性表达率分别为 5 3.75 % (4 3/80 ) ,10 0 % (4 1/41) ,差异有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 1)。HNSCC中 ,有淋巴结转移组与无淋巴结转移组FHIT的阳性率分别为 37.1% (13/35 )和 6 6 .7% (30 /45 ) ,差异有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :HNSCC的发生、演进中FHIT起重要作用 。 Aim: To investigate the expression of fragile histidine traid (FHIT) in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC) and its relationship with metastasis. Methods: The expression of FHIT was detected by SP immunohistochemical technique in 80 paraffin embedded specimens of HNSCC and 41 nomal squamous epithelium (NSE) specimens.Results: The positive rate of FHIT in HNSCC and NSE was 53.75%(43/80) and 100%(41/41) respectively, and there was significant difference between the 2 groups ( P <0.01); in HNSCC, the expression of FHIT in lymph node metastatic group was 37.1%(13/35), and in non metastatic group was 66.7%(30/45). There was significant difference between the 2 groups ( P <0.01).Conclusion: FHIT gene might play an important role in the carcinogenesis and development of HNSCC and determination of FHIT might be helpful to predict the metastatic potential of HNSCC.
