摘要 目的 :探讨治疗高龄高危前列腺增生 (BPH)的方法和疗效。方法 :采用经尿道等离子体前列腺切割术 (TUPKVP)治疗BPH 15 0例。结果 :术中出血少、无水中毒及尿失禁发生 ,疗效满意。结论 :TUPKVP是继经尿道前列腺电切术和经尿道前列腺电气化术之后又一新的腔内治疗BPH的创新疗法。该术式具有安全性高 ,易掌握 ,并发症少 。 Purpose:To discuss the efficacy of transurethral plasmakentic vaporization of prostate(TUPKVP) for symptomatic benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) in the aged patients at high risk.Methods:One hundred and fifty aged BPH patients at high risk were treated by TUPKVP, in which 134 patients was advanced in years and at high risk.Results:Less blood loss and no water intoxication happened during the operation and no incontinence occurred after the operation.Conclusions:TUPKVP is a new treatment for the BPH patient,especially for aged patients at high risk. It has the advantages of high safety, less complications and good efficacy.
