摘要
运用卫生经济学的需求理论分析包头市医疗服务供需合理性,结果是医疗资源总量过剩,结构不合理。提出如下政策建议:控制总量,调整资源结构和功能,促进现有卫生资源有效利用;加强社区卫生服务;提高卫生技术人员质量。
The article analyses the rationality of supplying and demand of health resources in urban areas of Baotou City. The result showed that medical services in different levels were unreasonable. Advice based on this study: controlling the total resources in allocating, adjusting the structure and function of health service; accelerating the utilization of resources; strengthening the city s community health service, and improving the quality of health technology staff.
