摘要
以亚麻油经醇解反应得到的亚麻油脂肪酸甲酯为原料,在催化剂存在下,用间歇常压聚合法,合成了二聚酸甲酯。用正交试验设计考察了反应温度,催化剂用量,反应时间对二聚反应产物收率的影响,找到了最佳反应条件。
This paper discusses the process of synthesizing dimeric acid methyl esters by using intermittent atmospheric polymerization in existence of catalyst with linseed oil fatty acidmethyl ester obtained from linseed oil after al-coholysis reaction as the material. The effects of reaction temperature, using quantity of catalyst and reaction time on the product yield from the reaction of demeric acid methyl ester have been investigated with orthoganal experimental design and the optimum reaction conditions have been found.
