摘要
本文研究了Tween80—Span40和Tween80—Span20两个复配乳化剂体系形成微小乳状液的条件和乳化过程特点。用基本上是自发乳化方法制备了极稳定的液滴直径小于0.5μ的微小乳状液。
For two systems of mixed emulsifier of Tween 80-Span40 and Tween 80-Span 20 the conditions of the formation of miniemul-sions and the characteristics of the emulsifica-tion process were studied. Very stable miniemulsions were prepared by basically spontaneous emulsification.
