摘要
研究羧甲基纤维素(DS=0.70~0.90)经由表氯醇交联制取高吸附材料的工艺方法。讨论了材料结构、取代度、交联度对吸附性能的影响,初步论述了该材料对水和生理盐水的吸附机理。研究表明,用3%左右的交联剂可制得水保持值(WRV)和盐水保持值(SRV)分别为未变性纤维素的26倍和17倍左右的产品。
A process was made to prepare a superadsorbent from carboxymethylcellulose (CMC, DS=0.70~0.■ rosslinked with epichlorohydrin. The effects of cellulose structure, the degree of substitution (DS) and the degre■cross linking on the adsorbabilty were discussed. The adsorbing mechanism for water and saline solution was pr■inary described. It has been found that when using about 3% of cross-linking agent, the water and saline retention values of the cross-linked CMC are about 26 times and 17 times as large as unmodified cotton linter respectively.
