Transcendence and Practice——An Analysis of the Outlook on Freedom in 《Zhuangcius》 and 《On Auti-Dühring》

在《庄子》和《反杜林论》中,自由问题备受关注。两者有诸多相似之处,然而两者在自由的基础、实现途径和最终指归等方面,仍存在着明显的差异。对这些差异,只有利用马克思主义的方法进行深入的剖析,肯定其中的合理成分,同时结合中国文化的特点,才能对其中的自由思想,做出具有时代意义的阐发。

The issues of freedom have been paid great attention to in both 《Zhuangcius》 and 《On AutiDühring》.Although there are quite a few similarities between the views held in the two books,there still exist clear differences in terms of the foundation of freedom,the way to gain it and the final aim.Only by thoroughly analysing the essence of these differences so as to affirm the rational part of the views applying Marxist method and also integrating it with the characteristics of Chinese culture,can we elucidate the new epochal significance of the idea of freedom in both books.\;
