师范生教师角色的培养模式

摘要 随着社会的不断发展,对教师的素质要求日益高涨。教师的培养与发展主要通过师范学校来完成,立足于教师素质结构,构建教师角色的培养模式,从而使师范生尽快实现合格中小学教师的角色转换。 With the changes and developments of society, requirements for teachers' quality are developing. The training and development of teachers' quality must be achieved in schools and be based on the structure of teachers' qualities and construction of the training modes of teacher's role, so as to soon realize the transformation of normal students' role as qualified teachers for primary and secondary schools.
