摘要
针对自由锻造行业中手工工艺编制的周期长、不精确的特点,通过VisualBasic6.0(企业版)软件系统的开发,利用VisualBasic直观 操作简便的特点,实现了自由锻造工艺中典型的锻造工艺的编制和输出打印,从而大幅度提高了工作效率,减少了人为误差,节省了原材料.同时,也为锻造工艺编制的系统化管理提供了思路.实践证明,用本系统设计计算出的锻造工艺与实际生产相符合,说明该系统具有一定的可靠性,可适用于以自由锻为主的大中型锻造行业.
A computer program was compiled to perform the task of freeforging process planning and printing.By way of the development of Visual Basic 6.0(Enterprise),the software package dramatically improves the efficiency and reduces manmade errors.Furthermore,it offers a train of thought for the systematic management of forging process planning.The result shows good conformity of calculated forging with practical production.This suggests that the system is reliable and suitable for free forging in large and intermediate enterprises.
