摘要
采用SEM、EPMA、XRD及显微硬度计对 3种钛合金TA2、TB5及TC1 1的高温渗氧行为进行了研究。结果表明 ,同一条件下 ,纯钛 (TA2 )的氧化膜较薄 ;β钛合金 (TB5 )形成较厚的氧化膜 ,有贫铝区形成 ;α/ β双相钛合金 (TC1 1 )的氧化膜很薄且致密。 3种钛合金中均存在较厚的氧在α相中的扩散固溶层且显微硬度得到提高。 3种钛合金的氧化动力学曲线均呈抛物线型。
The oxygen permeation behaviors of the three titanium alloys,TA2,TB5 and TC11,at high temperature were studied by SEM,XRD,EPMA and micro hardness tester.The results indicate that,under the same conditions,the oxide film on TA2 alloy is very thin,on TB5 alloy thick and with a poor aluminum zone,and on TC11 alloy thin but compact.Solution layer of oxygen in α phase formed by oxygen diffusion in titanium alloys are very deep and the micro hardness of surface is also enhanced.The oxidation kinetics of the three titanium alloys all exhibit a parabolic relationship.The mechanism of oxygen permeation was discussed using the principle of diffusion and solution.
