摘要
针对当前药芯焊丝应用及研究中存在的问题 ,用数码照相技术研究了CO2 保护气氛下药芯焊丝电弧焊所特有的“滞熔”现象 ,主要从药芯焊丝渣系、焊接参数、焊丝截面方面对“滞熔”形成原因进行了探讨。实验结果表明 ,酸性、碱性、金属型三种渣系药芯焊丝均存在不同程度的滞熔现象 ;在相同焊接参数下 ,金属型药芯焊丝滞熔程度最小 ,酸性渣系与碱性渣系相比 ,小参数下药芯滞熔程度较小 ,随着焊接参数的增大 ,酸碱性渣系药芯焊丝的滞熔程度区别不大。
Aimed at problems in present research and application of flux-cored wires, the peculiar phenomenon-lagging melting phenomena in FCAW of using carbon dioxide as protective atmosphere was studied by digital camera technology from three factors-the type of slag system,welding parameter and sections of flux-cored wires. According to the experimental results, basic, acid and metallic slag system all existed the phenomenon of lagging melt. Lagging melt phenomenon of metallic FCAW was lowest among three types of wires under same welding parameter. The extent of lagging melt phenomenon in acid flux-cored arc welding was lower than one in basic flux-cored arc welding under small welding parameter. With the increasing of welding parameter, the extent of lagging melt phenomenon in acid and basic flux-cored arc welding both increased and the difference between them was small.
