交流点焊工艺参数对AZ31B镁合金接头性能的影响 被引量:7

摘要 研究了AZ3 1B镁合金交流点焊中焊接电流、电极压力及焊接时间等工艺参数对接头拉剪力的影响规律 ,确定了最佳工艺参数为焊接电流 170 0 0A ,电极压力 2 475N ,焊接时间为 10个周波 ,预压时间为 2 0个周波 ,该条件下接头达到最大拉剪强度为 1980N ; The influences of AC spot welding parameters such as welding current,electrode force and welding time etc. on the tensile shear load of spot welding joints for AZ31B magnesium alloy were studied. The results showed that the maximum tensile shear load of the joints was up to 1 980 N when welding current was 17 000 A, electrode force was 2 475 N, welding time was 10 cycles and presqueezing time was 20 cycles. And the surface conditions had significant influence on the properties of joints.
