试论城市地质环境在城市建设中的功能 被引量：1

摘要 随着城市建设的高速发展和科学的进步,系统工程理论在城建规划决策中的应用,对城市地质条件、人类活动所造成地质环境及其反馈机制等项的研究,在城市建设中的作用日渐重要。要把握好地质环境,就必须开展城市地质工作,这是城市建设中的超前工程和城建工作决策的重要依据。城市地质工作如何规范化系统化,建立组织机构,值得重视和研究。本文所指地质环境泛指由于地质作用及人类活动与地质作用相互影响所形成的环境条件,因此也包含了环境地质,
