摘要
对激光熔覆在机车气门上的应用和WFLC 1 1钴基合金粉末激光熔覆层的性能进行了研究。结果表明 ,激光熔覆层致密 ,与原喷焊层是冶金结合 ,其技术用于修复机车气门密封面是可行的。激光熔覆层具有良好的高温硬度、耐腐蚀、抗擦伤性能 。
The application of laser cladding technique to locomotive valves and the property of laser clad WFLC coating were investigated.The results show that the laser clad coating is characterized by fine dendrite,sound bonding interface with the original sprayed coating,good high temperature hardness,high corrosion and abrasion resistance.And the application of laser cladding technique to locomotive valves is feasible and promising.
