摘要 对接入网电池在小电流使用状态下终止电压的确定作了简单地介绍。文章指出 ,(1)在电池设计时 ,电池活性物质的量一般根据电池的 10小时率而设计 ,而在使用时所参加反应的活性物质必须少于设计的量 ,才能确保其使用寿命。 (2 )在同一放电终止电压 ,较大电流放电时 ,电池的极化较大 ,电池所能放出的容量就少 ,所参加反应的活性物质就少 ,而较小电流放电时 ,电池的极化小 ,电池所能放出的容量就多 ,所参加反应的活性物质就多。因此 ,小电流放电时 ,电池终止电压应高于较大电流放电时的终止电压为宜 ,电池放出容量宜与设计容量相一致 ,为避免电池过放电 。 The determination of the cut-off voltage of VRLA battery applied in access net at low discharge current was introduced in brief.The results obtained have shown that:1)In order to ensure the battery service life,the amount of active material participating in reaction should be less than that in original battery design;(2)At the same discharge cut-off voltage,the battery polarized strongly at high-rate discharge current and both the discharge capacity and the amount of reacting material were less while discharging at low-rate current,the battery polarized weakly,and both of them were more,Therefore,when discharging at low-rate current,the battery cut-off voltage should be higher than that at high-rate discharge current to keep the battery from deep-discharge,and thus ensuring the battery service life.
