摘要
利用电石脱氧脱硫降低铝的消耗,减少氧化铝的夹杂,使用CaO-Al_2O3系合成渣,选择合理的渣系CaO-Al_2O_3,脱硫效果好。利用电石与铝比较相对较低的成本优势,改善钢中总氧水平,精炼终渣w(MnO+FeO)小于1%,提高钢包渣线耐材使用寿命。
Use of CaC_2 as deoxidizer and desulphurizer for Al-killed steel can very effectively reduce Al consumption and amount of Alumina inclusions and in the meanwhile selection of CaO-Al_2O_3 based synthetic slag as the desulphurizer can possibly achieve better results of desulpurization. Use of CaC_2 and Al, which is more cost-effective than other desulphurizers can lower ΣO in liquid steel, prolong the campaign life of ladle refractory and reduce the ω(MnO + FeO) to < 1% at the end point.
