摘要
应用相似理论,模拟研究了出钢速度、铁合金密度和加入方式以及底吹气体等因素对包内流体循环流动和固相颗粒运动的影响。生产试验结果表明,物理模拟研究结果较好地反应了出钢过程中添加的铁合金颗粒与钢水间的作用规律。冶炼低合金钢20Mnsi和普通碳素钢时,硅系铁合金的元素收得率分别提高5.39%和6.40%。
The effects of teeming speed, density of ferroalloy and mode of ferroalloy addition as well as the bottom stirring gas on the liquid flow pattern and movement of the sold phase particles in the ladle are studied by physical modeling in accordance with the similarity theory. Tests indicate that results of the physical model truly reflect the law of reaction between addition of the ferroalloy particles and liquid steel in the period of teeming. The silicon yield of the ferroalloy comes up to 5.39% and 6.40% respectively in refining the alloy steel 20MnSi and the plain carbon steel.
