摘要
论述了1995～2001年湖南省农业综合开发经营项目建设所取得的成绩、经验和问题,并就今后湖南省农业综合开发多种经营项目的建设提出了发展对策。
This paper illustrated the achievements, experiences and problems of Hunan agricultural comprehensive development from 1995 to 2001. Some advices were given to it for more achievements in the future.
