摘要
提出了将力传感器用于倾角测量的设想,并通过实验加以验证。实验结果及推算结果与文中理论分析基本吻合,说明用力传感器进行倾角测量在理论上是正确的。该方法存在一定的测量误差,但误差分布规律性较强,适合应用误差补偿方法以减小实际测量误差。经过补偿,使力传感器测量倾角的实际误差减小了约99%,达到了较高的测量精度,完全可以满足工程实际倾角测量的精度要求。
A idea is introduced to measure angle using load cell in this paper , which is verified to be correct in theory by an experiment. The error exists in measurement., but the distribution is regular. So the method of error compensation can be used to reduce the actual measuring errors which can be reduce by 99%. The result after compensation can satisfy the need of practical application.
