食品工业是我国国民经济中重要的支柱产业,具有广阔的发展前景。本文从七个方面分析了中国食品工业如何融入全球经济:(1)充分发挥比较优势,实施出口导向型的国际化战略;(2)加快调整我国食品工业结构,由数量效益型转向精深加工的质量效益型;(3)作大作强,扩大企业规模,提高市场集中度,实行集约化生产与现代企业经营;(4)继续深化企业改革和所有制结构调整;(5)充分利用“绿色壁垒”,积极实施科技创新战略,保持我国食品工业发展的源动力;(6)加速新产品开发,积极运用高新技术改造传统产业,推进传统食品方便化、现代化的进程;(7)完善与食品工业发展相关的法律、法规、条例和规章制度。

Food industry is one of the most important pillar estate in the national economy of our country, which has wide developing prospect. From seven aspects, it was analysed about Chinese food industry how to melt into global e-conoiny in this paper. (1) to implement the internationalization strategy of export lead type; ( 2) to quicken the structural adjustment of food industrial;(3)to enlarge enterprise scale and raise market concentration degree;(4)to deepen enterprise reform and the structural adjustment of ownership continuously; (5)to implement the innovation strategy of food science and technology actively;(6)to accelerate new product development, and carry the process of modernization of food industry forward; (7)to perfect food law, regulations, statute and rule system related to industrial development.
