摘要
双凸极电机是一种新型交流无刷电机 ,它具有结构简单、高可靠性和高速运行能力的优点。本文介绍了基于 DSP的双凸极电机调速系统。文中首先介绍了双凸极电机系统的控制原理 ,为了提高电机的平均输出转矩 ,利用 Pspice软件仿真双凸极电机平均输出转矩与换相角之间的关系曲线 ,然后分别从硬件构成和软件设计两个方面介绍了双凸极电机数字控制系统的实现方法。最后以实验室一台 6/ 4结构双凸极电机为例 ,设计构成了一套数字控制双凸极电机调速系统 ,并进行了系统试验。实验结果表明 。
The doubly salient electro-magnetic machine (DSEM) is a new type of AC brushless machine and it offers an excellent balance between cost, reliability, power density, and high-speed capability. This paper introduces an adjustable-speed system of DSEM based on DSP digital control. To optimize the output torque characteristics, the relation between the torque and the commutation angle is studied by digital simulation. The hardware structure and software design of the DSEM digital control system is described. The on-line calculation of rotor angle make it easy to realize commutation angle control in the DSEM system. Experimental results from a laboratory prototype confirm the attractive performance characteristics of the digital control DSEM system.
