摘要
首先分析了订单实现过程的传统工作流系统和集成工作流系统。在此基础上 ,给出了订单实现过程的优化模型 ,讨论了该模型下的订单重组优化集合、规则变化等情况。为了协调重组订单工作流过程 ,应用软件代理来支持订单工作流的实现 ,旨在说明订单的优化重组是一个综合的过程。它不仅与每个实体活动过程有关 ,而且与过程中涉及的各种资源及支持技术有关。结果是通过协调 ,重组供应链订单工作流过程 。
To improve efficiency and flexibility of order fulfillment process (OFP) on supply chain, the process reengineering of OFP is necessary. From a system management perspective, a good workflow system is vital for achieving optimal and coordinated operations in OFP′s reengineering. This paper firstly analyzes and compares the difference between the traditional and the integrated workflow systems of OFP. Then, the paper proposes an optimal model of OFP to support process reengineering. To fully implement the coordination during the process, the multi-agents are used to execute the tasks of the order workflow. Result is an improvement in the efficiency of OFP by the process reengineering based on the optimal model and the coordination of workflow.
