压电陶瓷变压器的试制及其老化行为研究 被引量:1

摘要 选用不同掺锰量的0.2PZN-0.8PZT (w(MnO2)为0.2%, 0.5%, 0.8%,分别记作P1,P2,P3)压电陶瓷制作了压电变压器模拟试样,采用空气中高温下对三端电极同时进行加压极化的方法。性能测试表明,P2的压电性能最优,具有最小的机械损耗和介质损耗,适合在全波谐振频率驱动状态下工作。此外,还系统研究了P2试样压电参数的老化行为,研究结果表明:电容量C和压电常数d33的老化行为均服从对数定律。 Three types of piezoelectric transformer (P1, P2, P3) were fabricated with 0.2PZN-0.8PZT ceramics of different MnO2 contents (0.2%, 0.5% and 0.8%). The piezoelectric transformers were poled above Curie temperature in air atmosphere and the measurement show that the piezoelectric property of P2 is superior to the others, which had the lowest mechanical loss and dielectric loss. The aging of capacitance and piezoelectric constant were found follow the logarithmic law.
