摘要
分析中间罐穿漏问题的原因,提出对中间罐构型和工艺方面的改进措施,提高中间罐安全使用寿命和钢水收得率,降低了精炼电耗。
In this paper, the causes of tundish perforating during casting are analysed and the improving measures on the structure and technology of tundish are also put forward. Therefore, the safety and service life of tundish and molten steel yield have been improved, and the electricity consumption in refining has been reduced.
