摘要
较详细地介绍了目前循环冷却水常用阻垢剂的阻垢机理 ,包括晶格畸变、络合增溶、凝聚与分散、再生—自解脱膜假说、双电层作用机理等。同时介绍了评定阻垢剂的方法如静态阻垢法、动态模拟法、临界 p H法、鼓泡法、极限碳酸盐硬度、浊度测定法、钙离子选择电极电位分析法、玻璃电极法、恒定组分技术以及电化学方法的原理。
The scale inhibitory mechanisms of scale inhibitor, which is often used in circulating cooling water were introduced in detail, including mechanisms of crystal lattice aberration, increased solubility by complexing, coagulation and dispersion, regeneration and self extrication presume, and double electrical layer effect etc. The methods of performance assessment of scale inhibitor, such as static state scale inhibition method, dynamic simulation method, critical pH method, bubbling method, critical carbonate hardness, turbidity measurement, calcium ion selective electrode potential analysis, glass electrode analysis, constant composition technology and the electrochemical method were all described. The principle, feature and application scope of the above methods were also discussed.
