Influence of low current grounding system with Petersen coil on line selection and relevant countermeasure

摘要 针对小电流接地选线装置选择切断故障线路正确性不高的问题 ,总结了运行经验 ,分析了安装自动消弧装置对小电流接地选线装置选线正确性的影响因素和原因 ,并相应提出 :采用适当延时采样的方法 ,避开故障开始时复杂暂态因素的影响 ;对于不同类型的消弧装置采取不同的增流方式 ;正确选择和安装零序电流互感器 ;改进选线装置 ,使其智能化等技术对策 。 To handle the incorrect selection of earthfault line by the low current grounding system with Petersen coil, the operation experience was summarized and the influence of automatic Petersen coil equipment installation on earthfault line selection by the low current grounding system was analyzed and countermeasues were put forward: (1) delay sampling for an appropriate period to avoid the influence of complicated transient factors at the beginning of the fault; (2) adopt different current boost methods for different kinds of arc suppression coil equipments; (3) correct selections and installation of zero sequence current transformer; (4) improve the line selection device, make it intelligent for enhancement of the accuracy of line selection
