摘要 现代计算机网络中,管理运行在网络上的业务越来越成为网络管理者和用户关心的重点,但作为一个新的研究领域,许多基本性问题尚未解决。在分析参考已有研究成果的基础上,定义了业务管理领域若干基本概念,建立了基于角色和交互类的通用业务模型和业务体系结构模型。 Service Management has been a hot topic in the research community for a few years now,and a lot of research has been carried out.Due to the complexity of service management,many basic concepts and problems hasn't been solved yet.After analyzing the known research results,this paper defines some key concepts,presents a service model and service architecture based on role and interaction class.
