摘要 针对Vetro的MPEG4视频对象码率分配策略不足,提出了一种基于视觉的改进的码率分配策略,在低码率条件下允许为前景对象分配相对更多的码率。实验证明,此方法算法上易于实现,并取得了较好的优化效果。 A human visual property based rate distribution algorithm among multiple objects for MPEG-4 is described in this paper, which comes from the method proposed by Vetro and has successfully overcome the shortcomings of the original one. This new rate distribution strategy promises more bits for foreground objects when the availability of bits is limited. And it has been proved to be of convenience in implementation and of excellence in performance.
