摘要
根据高校人才培养过程的一般特点，总结了教学过程中主要环节和实体间的关系，分析了与教学过程相对应的教学教务管理业务及相关实体间的关系模型，并按照系统工程原则，用现代软件技术设计了高校教学教务信息管理系统，最后探讨了建设高校信息管理系统的基本原则。
According to the general features of fostering process of talented person in colleges and universities, the relationships among the key links and entities in educational processes are summarized. Based on the summarization and responsible for the educational processes, the relationships among the businesses and entities of education and educational administration are analyzed, then using system engineering principles and modern software technologies, the administration information system of education and educational administration is designed. At last, the basic principles to design information systems of colleges and universities are discussed.
