Reading and Creating Systems of Ocean Fisheries Electronic Atlas

以国家海洋 86 3课题《海洋渔业服务地理信息系统 (OFGIS)》的基础支撑软件 (EA2 0 0 0 )为基础 ,系统阐述了海洋渔业服务电子图集的组织结构、基本图层的分类与创作原理、海图图集阅读的专业功能与特色 ,并据此创建了以东海为示范区的海洋渔业服务电子图集。

This paper based upon EA2000 which is the basic support software of national 863 project Ocean Fisheries Geographic Information System (OFGIS),expatiates on the organizational structure of Ocean Fisheries Electronic Atlas ,the classification and creating principle of basic map layers,the function and special feature of ocean atlas reading .According to the method,we create an Ocean Fisheries Electronic Atlas which is a demonstration of East Ocean of China.
