Investigation of Mn_3O_4 Nanobelts Synthesis

摘要 利用微乳技术 ,成功合成了四氧化三锰纳米带。首次发现Mn3 O4纳米带是由定向排列的纳米线组成的 ,生长具有方向性。通过X射线衍射 (XRD)、透射电镜 (TEM)研究发现 :试样的组分是Mn3 O4;试样的形态有纳米带、纳米片、纳米线 ,其中纳米带是主要产物且有良好的晶体结构 ,也发现了具有特殊形态的竹节状和折叠型Mn3 O4纳米带。此外 ,对Mn3 Mn 3O 4 nanobelts were firstly and successfully prepared by a microemulsion method. The nanobelts are composed mainly of oriented nanowires, and some other morphologies such as bamboo like and curved nanobelts were also observed. The nanobelts were characterized by x ray diffraction (XRD)and transmission electron microscope (TEM). It suggested that Mn 3O 4 nanobelts are of good crystallization.
