Design and Application of Measuring Instrument Used for Single Hydraulic Props in Fucun Mine

介绍了一种新设计的高性能单体液压支柱密封质量监测仪的设计方法和技术特点 ,克服了现有的各种检测仪的不足 ,其中的智能控制器的独立工作和各种显示、指示功能 ,提高了单体支柱保压监测的现代化、自动化和计算机的综合管理化 ,提高了生产效率 ,使用效果良好。

Design method and technical features of monitoring system with higher performance,developed recently for checking sealing quality of single hydraulic props are stated in this paper.It overcame the shortcomings in all instruments used at present,particularly,the modernization,automation and synthesized management with computer are improved in monitoring pressre maintaining of single hydraulic props,by adopting the intelligence controller with properties of independent working,many digital displays and sound light indicating functions.Production efficiency is raised at the same time.
